Mold Production / Construction
We produce molds from 50kg to 8T, and we seek to deliver molds that meet the highest standards of precision and reliability.
We are experienced with different levels of complexity, like 2 Components or 3 Components molds, Automatic unscrewing molds, Aluminium or stainless steel insert overmolding molds, and others.
Plastic Injection
Production of parts from as little as 2 grams to 1,8kg of weight, in several materials such as PP, ABS, PA6, PEEK, PET, TRITAN, PE, PS, PPS and Technical Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics.
Our machines are equipped with robots that allow the handling of the parts, making cycle times faster and consistent non-stopping plastic production.
We also have a team of experienced operators that can apply inserts into molds for overmolding, such as stainless steel or aluminium inserts, and provide assembly for your products.
